A.Every minute, on the minute, for 5 minutes:

Front Squat

*Set 1 – 2 reps 

*Set 2 – 2 reps 

*Set 3 – 2 reps 

*Set 4 – 1 rep 

*Set 5 – 1 rep 

Rest one minute, and then…
Every two minutes, for 10 minutes (5 sets):
Front squats 

*Set 6 –  x 1 rep

*Set 7 –  x 1 rep

*Set 8 – x 1 rep

*Set 9 –  x 1 rep

*Set 10 – x 1 rep

B.

Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 4 minutes of:

4 Thrusters 

4 Pull-ups

Rest 4 minutes, and then…
Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 4 minutes of:
8 Ground to Overhead 

8 hanging knees to chest
