30 seconds of Nose-to-Wall Handstand Hold

Rest 60-90 seconds

Get into position via wall-walk, cartwheel or backward handstand walk.
B.
1 sets of: 10 wall walks 

-2min Rest
Every minute, on the minute, for 21 minutes:

Minute 1 – 100 m Run 

Minute 2 – 30 Jump ropes  + 10  Pull-Ups

Minute 3 – 15/12 Burpees
