  • Leg Swings Front to Back / Left to Right x 10 each
  • Wall Hip Roll Fwd / Back x 10 each
  • Wall Donkey Kicks x 10 each
  • Wall  Single Leg Good Morning x 10 each
  • Wall Tree Touches x 20
  • Wall Arm Circles * 20 (each way)

Workout Estimated Time 30 mins or (10 rounds)

“KB Complex” Partner

Each movement is done with 1 arm weight should be (moderate)

SAKB Swing (3each) —> SAKB Snatch (3each) —> SAKB Clean (3each) —> SAKB Push Press (3each) —> Goblet Squat (3 reps) Sprint 100M
