Strength: (work on Extension and pulling under without curling the Med ball)

(10min Practice Med Ball Cleans)(make it fun for them)

Split Jerk Alt Feet DB Practice: (10 mins working on form) 5 sets * 5 Each Leg (have them work on switching both feet forward and backwards, working on balance and core stability)

Abs  4 Rounds

30 secs Hollow rock

30 sec Superman
