STRENGTH: (super-set) (we want to maximize strength with proper form) have clients go up in weight each round of DL. Make sure they take proper rest between rounds

Deadlifts * 10 (reps)

DB Single Leg RDL *6 (each)

-2 mins Rest-

4 Rounds

10 Push -ups

15 sit-ups

20 (each) KB Single arm swings (up to the shoulder)
