400m Run

2 Rounds

3 point touch * 10 reps

Sprawls *10 reps

Wall squats (facing wall hands above head) * 15 reps

3 way Lunges (front, lateral, behind) * 5 reps each side

Walk out to Scorpion Stretch * 5

-2 min Rest-

Work Out ( 28 mins)

Running EDT (16 rounds/ 15 secs each round)(stay at each movement for 16 rounds then switch no transition time in between)(added running in between the movements)

4-5 Dips from Box

200m run (2min time cap)

4 push-ups

400m run ( 4 min time cap)

6 sit ups

400 m run ( 4 min time cap)

4 box jumps

200 m Run
