EDT (Elevated Density Training)

Every 15 secs for 3 rounds each movement

Jumping Jacks

Squats

Sit-ups

Push ups

Mountain Climbers

Burpees

Work Out

EDT(16 rounds/ 15 secs each round)(stay at each movement for 16 rounds then switch no transition time in between)

5 Box Jumps

4 Ring Rows

4 Pull-ups

2 Wall Walks
