Warm- up

Dynamic Warm up

–Rest 2mins–

Interval Training    11.5 mins

2 (5min rounds) 90 sec break in between

10 sec – 30 foot sprint

20 sec – Squats

30 sec – Front Plank

–Rest 2 mins–

20mins EMOM (10rounds of work)

EMOM with 1 min break between rounds

Burpees  5 reps

RKBS  5 reps

Jump Rope  – with remaining time
