April 4th Sweat Test

Warm-up (5-8 mins)

  • Static Stretch (full body)
  • Dynamic Warm up

–Rest 2mins– (Water Break)

  • Sit up Test (1min AMRAP)

–Rest 30secs–

  • Push up Test (1min AMRAP)

–Rest 30secs–

  • Building Run Test (time the run) should take about 3-5 mins

–Rest 2mins–(Water Break)

Sweat Test (25mins cap) may extend to 30mins

20 KB Squats – 1 KB Swing

19 KB Squats – 2 KB Swing

18 KB Squats – 3 KB Swing
