Partner Chipper

(1 partner works at a time. While 1st partner is performing the following movements, 2nd partner is holding a plank. If planker drops, movement of partner 1 stops) *Switch after 20 reps

80 Reps

  • KB Ground 2 Over-Head
  • Air Squats
  • Plate Burpees

*200m Run after completion of all 80 reps at each movement.(TOGETHER)
